Open Qualifier on the 31st July 2010. Our qualifier will consist of a best of five, straight
knock out tournament in keeping with the format of the World Open. The matches will be played
on Star tables fitted by World Snooker table fitters and will therefore replicate the match
conditions of the World Open.

> We understand that it may be quite a journey for just a small amount of snooker, for those
players losing in the early rounds, therefore all entrants will be able to use the practice
tables before their matches and stay for additional practice, as and when tables are
available, after they have been eliminated from the competition.

> WINNER - Paid entry into the World Open and a Six Month Scholarship at the South West
Snooker Academy

> RUNNER UP - Three Month Scholarship at the South West Snooker Academy

hours free coaching, if requested, and the chance to play a professional.
